Have as five grammatical variants and they are as follows:

Had
Okay, let’s see how the five variants can be categorized on the tense table:
Present (singular)

Let’s quickly consider a few examples of how they can respectively be used in sentences:
1.      She has come back from London.
2.      They have arrived from the party.
3.      We are having Math. class tomorrow.
4.      They had gone before we arrived.
5.      We have had rice before they brought beans.
You should be aware of the fact that the auxiliary verb, Have and its variants can also act as lexical or main verbs.  We call such verbs, anomalous verbs. Let’s consider the examples below.
1.      She has a beautiful car.
2.      They have good manners.
3.      We are having lunch now.
4.      They had breakfast by 10 A.M this morning.
5.      We have had our breakfast this morning.
