Primary auxiliary verbs are from
three grammatical variants:
a. Do-variants
c. Have-variants

‘Do’ has five grammatical variants which

Note:
Among the
Do-variants, ‘doing’ and ‘done’ are anomalous because they act as
the main verbs. Likewise, the rest of Do-variants are capable of acting as the
main verbs. For example:

We did the work ourselves

I can do it well
